Sanford "Sandy" Lipstein retired as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of the Company on June 30, 2008, after a 23 year career as CFO for the Company and its predecessor. Lipstein now serves as a senior advisor to the Company, and remains active in structuring financing transactions, mergers, acquistions and dispositions.

He serves as Vice Chairman of the Freedom Valley YMCA, and sits on its Finance and Executive Comittees. He also serves as Treasurer and as a member of the Executive Committee of both Living Beyond Breast Cancer and Turning Points for Children. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, The Comcast-Spectacor Foundation, and the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation. Lipstein also serves on the Board of Directors of Universal Synergetics, Inc.

Lipstein lives in Malvern with his wife, Gail. Together they have three children, Loree, Brian and Julie.
